SERVICE TEAM

The IT Service Desk is the first port of call for anyone who has questions or is experiencing problems using any HIZ services. You can get in touch with HIZ staff in a number of different ways. The members of our team are there to offer advice and assistance and will try to respond as quickly as possible to your questions or requests. They also offer help with installation issues and can sell IT manuals to users as part of the national IT documentation service managed by the University of Hanover.

If you have new IT requirements, if you would like to suggest or request a particular IT product or service, or if you are planning a new project, you will need to get in touch with the requirements management team at HIZ.
